No one likes sitting through a list of 10 menu options. Our new multi-level phone menus let you create layered, interactive menus that help callers get to the right destination, fast. Whether they need sales, support, or a specific team member, callers can reach their destination without requiring a human receptionist or navigating through a long list of options.
Create sophisticated call flows with features like:
- Nested menus (e.g., “Press 1 for Sales → Press 2 for East Coast Team”)
- Department or team selection
- Language preferences
- Location-based routing
- Business hours or availability-based flows

➡️ Go-to Step
Connect one part of the menu to another step anywhere in the menu—eliminating duplicate steps and streamlining your call flow setup. For example, if you have multiple locations with similar call flows, you don’t need to rebuild everything.
You can use the Go-to step to link back to existing steps you’ve already configured, making it simple to create complex call flows without duplicating your work.
🛣️ Additional call flows
You can now create additional call flows for different schedules or teams, and easily switch from your default call flow to an additional one — making it seamless to use different call flows for holidays, special hours, or seasonal changes.
💡 Pro tip: Use additional call flows to create special routing for holidays, events, or emergency situations. Set up the flow in advance and easily activate it when needed.
📞 Spam protection
Nobody wants their business calls to be flagged as Spam Likely. Quo helps reduce spam labeling by registering numbers with carrier registries to boost call trust. For new US customers to benefit from automatic spam protection, they need to complete US Carrier Registration (A2P 10DLC).
🛡️ Security enhancements
We’ve also enhanced our security with adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA). This intelligent system adds an extra layer of protection that adjusts based on suspicious activity patterns, providing stronger security while minimizing disruption to your workflow.
