We know your time is valuable, and every minute spent on repetitive tasks or missed calls adds up. That’s why we’ve made a series of updates this month focused on helping your team stay responsive, efficient, and in control.

Here’s what’s new:

🎚Try Sona free for 7 days

Sona free trial

Sona, our AI phone agent, now comes with a 7-day free trial if you have an active Quo workspace. Sona answers every call, responds instantly, and captures key information so you never miss a lead or rely on an expensive answering service.

📚 Train Sona faster

Add knowledge pages to train Sona

Setting up Sona is now easier than ever. You can paste in a link to your website or upload docs like PDFs, CSVs, or Word docs and Sona will use that info to build its knowledge base. You can review and edit everything before it goes live.

We’ve also made a few upgrades to how Sona handles calls:

  • It now sounds more natural when saying numbers and dollar amounts
  • Spells out names more clearly, letter by letter
  • Handles message-taking in a more conversational way

And to top it off, any call under 15 seconds no longer counts toward your Sona usage so spam calls and quick hang-ups won’t impact your billing.

⏺️ Customizable call recording notifications

Call recording notifications in Quo

We’ve added more control and clarity around call recording compliance. In your settings, you can now:

  • Automatically play a disclosure when recording begins
  • Or add an audio prompt to remind you to verbally disclose
  • Customize call recording notifications for inbound and outbound calls

Our new call recording notification feature is available on all Quo plans. You can choose to disable it, but a compliance warning will be shown to help your team stay protected.

⚙️ Improved HubSpot integration

Whether you’re syncing contacts or tracking conversations, the latest updates bring deeper context and better visibility right inside HubSpot.

OpenPhone HubSpot integration

The Quo + HubSpot experience just got smoother:

  • Better contact syncing, including names, titles, and phone numbers
  • AI-generated call summaries logged automatically
  • Direct links to each conversation
  • SMS now logged clearly and distinctly

💼 Salesforce integration enhancements

OpenPhone Salesforce integration

We’ve rolled out key improvements to boost reliability and data quality:

  • AI call summaries now appear in Salesforce tasks
  • Clear tracking of Sona-handled calls
  • Smarter logging of forwarded, routed, and missed calls
  • Duplicate activity cleanup

These improvements are automatic and no setup is required. Your historical data stays the same, but all new activities will benefit from these enhancements. To remove duplicate contacts, you will need to disconnect and reconnect their Salesforce integration.
