It’s been a big spring season at Quo. In April, we launched Sona, your 24/7 AI call agent — and we’re thrilled to see how many teams are already putting it to work. Hundreds of businesses are already using Sona to stay available around the clock, streamline follow-ups, and never miss a call. But that’s not all, we also rolled out a powerful Jobber integration, a brand-new call flow builder, and a handful of smaller improvements to make Quo even better.
Let’s dive into it.
👋 Meet Sona — your 24/7 AI call agent

Missed calls mean missed opportunities. Sona is your always-on AI agent for Quo, built to answer calls around the clock — even when you can’t.
- Always helpful: Handles FAQs, collects caller info, and responds 24/7
- Customizable: Train it on your business details and decide when it answers
- Clear follow-ups: Every call is logged, summarized, and ready for your team
Sona is smarter than voicemail and more affordable than a live service — just $49 per month for 50 calls, plus $0.99 per additional call.
🔗 New Jobber integration

If you use Jobber to manage home service jobs, this one’s for you. Our new integration connects your Quo calls directly to your Jobber workflow.
- Automatically sync call summaries and transcripts into Jobber
- Match calls to the right client and job — no copy-pasting
- Create new contacts in Jobber from inbound calls
It’s never been easier to stay organized and on top of follow-ups.

- Set up after-hours call handling with custom menus and ring orders
- Route calls based on custom contact properties
- Easily visualize and test flows before going live

🛠️ Small updates and fixes that make a big difference
Just a few quick fixes on our iOS and Android apps to keep your calls and messages flowing.
- Fixed an issue on iOS 18 where sharing a photo from the Photos app didn’t attach the image in Quo as expected.
- Fixed a bug on Android where calls answered by Sona were incorrectly marked as unresponded.
- Fixed an Android issue where call transcripts showed a blank name if a contact had no name — phone numbers now display properly.
