When we started OpenPhone, our mission was clear: to challenge the status quo and build the phone that could power business growth. Small and medium-sized businesses make up 99% of all companies, yet existing phone systems have failed to serve them. That’s what we set out to change.

Now we’re opening the next chapter in that journey.

Today, we’re rebranding to Quo. The name is our commitment to the mission we’ve had from the very beginning. We never set out to be just another phone system. Our goal has always been to create something that redefines how businesses connect with customers and delivers real value. This rebrand isn’t about changing the product you already know and trust. It’s about building on its strengths and carrying that mission forward.

With this new chapter, we’re also unveiling our most important product update. Our AI agent, Sona, is moving beyond missed calls to become a true front office partner, helping with sales, support, and customer conversations of every kind.

To make this possible at a greater scale, we’ve raised $105 million. This gives us the resources to invest further in what our customers love most and to keep pushing the vision forward.

We’re  deeply grateful to our customers for their trust, to our team for their relentless work, and to our investors for believing in what we’re building.

This is just the beginning. Thank you for being part of the journey.
