Welcome to QIP
QIP (Quo's Important People) is an exclusive community of Quo's most engaged users. You're here because someone at Quo thinks you're exactly the kind of operator other business owners should learn from. This isn't a support channel or a public forum, it's a small room, and being in it comes with a few simple expectations.
Who's in the room
- QIP is capped and curated. Members join by invitation, internal nomination, or by applying and being approved.
- Membership runs in 6-month cohorts. If you don’t meet the Quo Points needed to remain in the community, we will sadly have to remove you.
- We keep the group intentionally small so the access stays real and the conversations stay high-signal.
What we ask of you
- Earn 10 Quo Points during your cohort. You choose how: case studies, webinars, Reddit AMAs, testimonials, hosting or attending a meetup, and more (see the tier menu). At minimum, contribute once per cycle.
- Show up as yourself. Share honest feedback, real stories, and the occasional bug; you're here because your perspective matters.
- Keep it in the family. What you see early (betas, roadmap previews, behind-the-scenes) stays in the community until it's public.
How to earn Quo points to remain in QIP
To remain in the community, each member must earn 10 Quo Points per 6-month cohort. A handful of meaningful activities per cycle, not a monthly grind. Members can mix and match across tiers to hit 10.
Threshold: 10 Quo Points per cohort (6 months).
Minimum: at least 1 contribution per cycle. Members choose which activities fit their bandwidth.
🌟 Tier 1 — Big ticket
- Points: 10 pts
- Example Activities: Case study · dedicated content session · customer story video · hosting an in-person meetup · creating Quo Academy content (integrations & more)
⭐ Tier 2 — Mid ticket
- Points: 5 pts
- Example Activities: Webinar participation · Reddit AMA · co-authoring or writing a blog · speaking at an in-person meetup
✨ Tier 3 — Low ticket
- Points: 2.5 pts
- Example Activities: Testimonial or quote for a blog/landing page · a post to their own network on a chosen platform · attending an in-person meetup
How to reach 10 points (illustrative):
One Tier 1 activity (10) · OR two Tier 2 activities (5 + 5) · OR one Tier 2 + two Tier 3 (5 + 2.5 + 2.5) · OR four Tier 3 activities (2.5 × 4).
What you get
Direct access to the Quo team, early and beta product access, VIP support routing, peer networking, quarterly socials, swag, and first dibs on in-person events.
Founding members
If you were already part of the community before the QIP relaunch, you're grandfathered in. You keep your spot and every perk without the 10-point requirement. Jump in whenever you like, no strings. Thank you for being one of our founding members!
Support & bug reports
For account help or bugs, head to support.quo.com/help/submit-a-request or email support, not the community channels. Your membership means your tickets are flagged VIP and jump to the top of the queue. The community is for conversation, feedback, and connection; support handles support.
Code of conduct
- Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, never with people.
- No spam or self-promotion beyond what's invited (sharing your business in intros or relevant threads is welcome; pitching the room is not).
- Respect confidentiality. Don't screenshot or share early/beta content externally.
- Keep it authentic. Contributions should reflect your genuine experience with Quo and building your business. We want to hear your stories!
- Protect the space. This is a trusted room; treat other members' stories and contact info with care.
Renewal & leaving
- At the end of each cohort, active members who hit their points are invited to re-enroll. Grandfathered members roll forward automatically.
- Inactivity (no points earned, no participation across a cohort, grandfathered members excepted) may mean your spot opens up for someone on the waitlist. We'll always check in first.
- You can leave anytime. Just let us know and we'll remove you, no hard feelings.
Agreement
By accepting your QIP invitation, you agree to these terms. The contribution expectation, the code of conduct, and the confidentiality basics above.
