Get started

Follow these steps to connect Zoho CRM with Quo:

  1. Open the Quo web or desktop app.
  2. Navigate to Workspace settings → Integrations, select Zoho CRM and click Connect to Zoho CRM.
  3. Zoho CRM will ask you to confirm the account you'd like to connect to Quo.
  4. After confirming, you'll be redirected back to Quo's integration settings. Under phone numbers, choose the numbers you want to sync call and message activity into Zoho CRM.
